In 2005 he moved to London with the purpose to learn English but never returned to France.

This is why Eric makes sure that his children takes part in the various activities organised by Nature Vibezzz. According to Eric Nature Vibezzz has a critical mission: helping through leisure activities to bring awareness to a generation of future adults for them to understand how vital it is to look after the environment in order to better look after our own societies for the greater good.

Outdoor Education Christine Burford
Christine Burford

Treasurer

Hello my name is Christine.

I am educated to post graduate teacher level and also have a degree in Psychology.

I am a retired primary school teacher having taught in state schools for more than 30 years.

I have a thirst for learning and am passionate about the education of children. Most importantly learning about the different ways in which they acquire knowledge.

I have been a trustee for Nature Vibezzz for about 5 years now and have fond memories of my childhood which was mostly spent outdoors, therefore, I would like children to share a similar experience. This, I believe, is also a great way for children to develop social skills and to learn about the physical outdoor environment.

These important skills learnt in Forest Schools are transferable and this can also impact upon children's academic learning in a positive way.

Doreen Barton

New Secretary
Welcome Doreen!

Hello my name is Doreen.  I am delighted to be joining the board at Nature Vibezzz, an organisation I have known and been associated with since starting my Early Years and Natural Thinkers journey over 10 years ago.  Prior to joining the Early Years sector I worked across various fields and in several senior management roles.  My highest qualification is an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School (Formally Cass Business School, 2008) and I hold a BEng Hons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 1989).

In 2010 I had twin girls and after maternity break I changed career.  I opened my home based early year setting in 2012.  Simultaneously  I began gaining Early Year Qualifications including Early Years Professional Status (Level 6) in 2013,  International Teaching Diploma (Level 4) in Montessori Early Childhood (0-6 years) in 2017, was the first Lambeth Childminder setting to achieve Natural Thinkers status in 2014 and opened a preschool setting in 2019.  In 2022 I closed my settings and now am on a new career path remaining within the education sector.
